hi, your problem seems like because you havent registered with Neowerx. After register, set your ID on Admin page. Just read the complete instruction from the module admin page.

dont modify the module source code if you have no idea what u re doing (You do not need to paste any HTML code to this module and in fact, there is no place for you to do that unless u re touching up / quick hack the php source code.)

You only need to login to Joomla Administrator page, click on this Module, scroll down and fill in your registered NeoCounter ID there (TextBox field) and click on "Save" button. That's all.

You should be able to read the HTML code from NeoCounter website itself. If you cant read where your ID is, place your HTML code here so we can help you and others as well.

I noticed that there is a bug when I tried using IE in the Joomla admin module. It hang when I was trying to save. The only action I could take was to log out.

The error in IE as follow:

I did not encounter any error when using firefox.
