I installed the translator into my Joomla site. It does not seem to work. DO you have to have it on a production server to work. I am set up on local host developing the site at the moment. THis is the error I get.

HTTP request failed with error (0) for URL: http://localhost/sgbc/
We're sorry we've encountered an error with your request.

What do I need to do to get it to work?
