• YouCMSAndBlog WYSIWYG IDE Ver. 1.2.1 has been released
  There are some minor features enhancement from Ver. 1.1.0 for Find and Replace features. This release also has included a complete tags list for Wordpress users with complete offline & online doc accessible directly from YouCMSAndBlog IDE and thanks to VivoCiti's member, wordpressgator who has submittted this great Wordpress 2.3 tags list for VivoCiti community.
  By the way, is there anyone help for Joomla 1.5 tags list soon ? We will wait for you to submit it and share it with our community.

  • Designing Joomla Template with YouCMSAndBlog True View mode
    If you plan to learn or have learned how to create & design Joomla template either using normal text editor, expensive softwares (such as: Dreeamweaver or others), it is time for you to try it out with our free WYSIWYG software through this tutorial. Check it out for detail.
  • Create new Drupal 5.2 function & tag list template for YouCMSAndBlog
    This tutorial will guide you how to create a new functions or tags list template / themes for other CMS or Blog engine apart from Joomla. And for this tutorial, we have picked up Drupal as an example.
    
    
• Vivo Rounded Corner Generator Component
  Last month hot and most downloaded component. Rounded Corners with CSS are a hot topic in web 2.0 design, i.e. Joomla 1.5 started to use rounded corner layout, rounded corner module etc. This component by making use of Google Beta Tool roundedcorner. You are free to use it on your Joomla website to provide this online tool for your members and visitors.

Designing Joomla Template with YouCMSAndBlog True View

I will attempt to provide very first tutorial to show you how to use YouCMSAndBlog IDE editor to build a Joomla template with True View mode.

For Quick View mode, I think it should be very easy for you to understand by downloading the IDE and try to open Blogger templates from sample directory as shipped. But sure, I will go try to come up with a tutorial once have more time to write.

Please note this tutorial is not only applying to Joomla template, but any other template (Drupal, php-Nuke) and Blog template (Blogger, Wordpress, etc) as long as they uses tag based.

Also this tutorial may be not really suitable for people who is the first time trying to create a Joomla template hence I am not really explaining in detail (but feel free to give me feedback how should this tutorial be improved).

Create new Drupal 5.2 function & tag list template for YouCMSAndBlog

Some users are still confused how they can extend YouCMSAndBlog to support other template which is not listed in YouCMSAndBlog. In this tutorial, we will walk through how to do that for Drupal 5.2
Different from Joomla, Drupal provides few theme engine to be used.

Free YouCMSAndBlog WYSIWYG IDE Released

YouCMSAndBlog WYSIWYG IDE is a free editor I have recently created. It aims to support Windows and Linux based environment soon.

With this IDE, you can have interactive environment when designing your Joomla template. Easily inserting Joomla taglist by double clicking its supported list from the listbox on the left side of the IDE. You also can also modify existing taglist template by modifying joomla.tagllist.xml file, adding new tag, and so on.

It also mean is very easy for you to set up a new taglist template definition for other CMS or Blog template which currently not shipped together with the download. I will appreciate if you want to contribute back your new taglist template for other CMS or Blog taglist template by submitting it back to VivoCiti Download repository.
